Shipping and Return Policy


SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped next business day. Then, delivery is 2 business days to most destinations with USPS First Class Tracking.
Shipping is charged $5 for orders below $40, and free for all orders of $40 and more.

Please note
- PO Box orders will be shipped via USPS only.
- USPS is picking up orders on the business day after orders are prepared and tracking is available only at that time.
- Shipping rates include residential and fuel surcharge from shipping carriers.

We reserve the right to choose a different method if necessary, including to add signature on delivery for items exceeding a certain value.

We offer to track orders that have shipped: Once an order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification including the shipping carrier tracking number and a link to real time updates.

RETURNS:

To ensure the best customer experience, we will gladly accept the return of product(s) purchased on this Site. We just need to receive your return request within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase (actual online check out date).
Please use the contact form here including your order number and the product reference(s) to be returned, our customer service will send you an Authorization Shipping Number (ASN) to include in your shipment as well as the address to return your shipment. Do not ship without ASN or your order will be lost and not reimbursed.
Ship your package using the carrier of your choice, we recommend using a shipping with tracking. The original order shipping costs and return postage will not be reimbursed unless a product is verified as being defective, was received damaged, or was not the correct item ordered.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send an e-mail confirmation and process your return. Please allow up to 4 weeks to refund your credit card.

Any gifts, miniatures, samples received with qualifying product need to be returned as well.
Items purchased on this Site may not be exchanged. Please return your product and a credit card refund will be issued based on this Return Policy. A new order must be placed to receive your replacement item.
All products purchased on this Site must be returned through this process and may not be returned to any other store selling NOTE Cosmetics products. NOTE Cosmetics products purchased anywhere else may not be returned to this Site.

TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S):

1. Please use the contact form here including your order number and the product reference(s) to be returned, our customer service will send you a Authorization Shipping Number (ASN)
2. Place the product(s) to return and your original packing list in the original box.
3. Place your return shipping label on the outside of the package and ASN given by our customer service. 
4. Drop the return package at the carrier location.
