Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders above the minimum spend in eligible regions.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window: You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
How to Return: Please contact our customer support team to initiate your return and receive return instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetics unless the product is defective.
