Why should You use lip pencil?

It’s  also recommended to use it as a ‘base’ to  color in the lips with the lip pencil. This will help the lipstick stay put for a much longer time and achieve an intensive color finish.

The lip pencil color should go well with your chosen lipstick color. For a more customized color and effect, choose a lip pencil and a lipstick in different shades or colors: a slightly darker or contrasting shade than lipstick.
